Open the product that you want to buy and click on “Buy Now” then you will be taken to checkout page.

Fill in all the required details such as Full Name, Email Address, Mobile #, Delivery Address, City and select any product related options and promotions, once done click on the “Place Order” button.

After that we will send you a 4 digit confirmation code on the mobile # which you provided, you will need to enter that 4 digit code on the website to confirm your order. After you successfully enter 4 digit code your order will be processed for dispatch immediately.

There are couples of other ways then placing order online:

Order via Phone: Call our customer support number 03111-124455 (Mon - Sat 10AM - 9PM) to place order on phone.
Order via Email: Send us the name pf product which you want to buy along with your Full Name, Email Address, Mobile #, Delivery Address, City at support@pkdeals.com and our representative will get back to you for order confirmation.

Due to network or technical issues the SMS containing confirmation code can be delayed sometimes, so please wait for upto 3 minutes.

If you still don’t receive the confirmation code then you can call us at 03111-124455 (Mon - Sat 10AM - 9PM) or email us at support@pkdeals.com.

We also send a link along with confirmation code via SMS which you can visit to enter your confirmation code.

You can also call us at 03111-124455 (Mon - Sat 10AM - 9PM) or email us at support@pkdeals.com along with your order # or mobile # and confirmation code and we will confirm your order.

Don’t worry, if for some reason you are not able to confirm your order via SMS confirmation code then our customer support team will make a confirmation call to you within 24 working hours to confirm your order.

If for some reason you couldn't receive a confirmation call from our side then we will make confirmation call to you for atleast 5 more times before marking your order as expired.

On successfully placing order we send an email and SMS to you which contains all the details regarding your order along with your order #.

If you have confirmed your order via SMS code or on confimation call and want to cancel your order then you can do so within 3 hours of confirmation by contacting us at 03111-124455 (Mon - Sat 10AM - 9PM) or email us at support@pkdeals.com alognwith your order # or mobile #.

We can’t cancel an order that has already been shipped.

Yes, we deliver products all across Pakistan.

Sorry, currently we don’t ship/deliver our products outside Pakistan.

We mostly offer FREE Shipping all across Pakistan on all our products. In case there are any delivery charges incurred with products then it will be mentioned on product detail page as well as checkout page.

Our standard delivery time is within 3 working days for Karachi, 5 working days for other cities and 6-7 working days for remote areas/villages from the order confirmation date, unless a specific shipping date is mentioned on the deal page.

However the order delivery can be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances such as bad weather conditions, law and order situations etc.

Sorry but we don’t offer order pickup service from our office or warehouse.

We send an SMS along with expected delivery date as soon as your order dispatches so you can ensure your availability for receiveing your order. Incase you are not available at the time of delivery then don’t worry our delivery personnel will call you to schedule another visit for delivery. No, we don't allow customers to check/open parcel at the time of delivery. Since we offer 3 days return policy so you can contact us incase of any problem after receiveing the order.

If you haven't received your order within the commited delivery time then you can also call us at 03111-124455 (Mon - Sat 10AM - 9PM) or email us at support@pkdeals.com along with your order # or mobile # so we can track your parcel and arrange delivery ASAP.

We offer secure Cash on Delivery service at no extra charges. So you can pay to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.

The prices are fixed and non negotiable.

We have 3 days return/refund and exchange policy from the date of delivery. However the product must be in original packaging and in unused condition.

All our products go through strict quality assurance before dispatching but in case you have received a defective/wrong product then you can claim exchange within 3 working days of product delivery by contacting us at 03111-124455 (Mon - Sat 10AM - 9PM) or email us at support@pkdeals.com alognwith your order #, description of defect and pictures of defective product.

We are sorry to hear that, we do offer returns within 3 days of order delivery as long as products are in same condition as it was delivered, unused and in original packaging. However, you will need to bear the shipping cost of sending the product back to us.

If you have lodged return and exchange complaint then you will need to send the items back to us before getting the exchange products.

If you want to return a defective/wrong product, which was sent by Pk Deal’s mistake, then we will arrange a pickup of defective/wrong product from your place in this case you will not need to bear any additional charges for sending the items back to us.

If you want to return a product which you don’t like or due to size issue in this case you will need to send the items back to us while you will bear the cost of sending products to us. However, the cost of sending the exchange items back to you will be borne by Pk Deals.

Exchange product will be issued within 5 working days of receiving original products back.

If you want refund for your order then first you will need to send the items back to us. After verifying the items are unused and in same condition as we sent them we will process your refund request after deducting our service charges which are 20% of the order total amount.

You will get refund after deducting service charges via Bank Account within 5 working days of receiving products back.
